LOREAL EXCELLENCE HICOLOR FOR DARK HAIR ONLY

HOW TO USE
Wear suitable, disposable gloves. Measure 2.4oz of Orer 30 or 40 Volume Developer depending on the degree of lift desired into a non-metallic shaker or bowl. If your client's hair is relaxed, use a 20 volume developer only. Add entire contents of Excellence HiColor Hilights (1.2oz) tube and mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy. 

Application: 
Always apply haircolor to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing. Saturate the salected hair based on the effects desired (balayages, highlighting with foil, frosting caps, or other non-metallic utensils). Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Option:
To speed up processing place client under a pre-heated warm (not hot) heat source for up to 15 minutes maximum. Cool for 5 minutes at room temperature. Rinse with warm water until water runs clear and then shampoo.


USAGE ADVISORY - SAFETY WARNINGS

IMPORTANT: Haircolor can cause an allergic reaction which in certain rare cases can be severe. Therefore, you and your client must follow these precautions:
• Wear suitable disposable gloves.
• This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16.
• Temporary “black henna” tattoos may increase your risk of allergy.
• Do not color your hair if:
— your client has already had a reaction to a haircolor product.
— your client has a sensitive, itchy or damaged scalp.
• If your client has a tattoo, the risks of an allergic reaction may be increased.
• Perform an allergy alert test 48 hours before each use of this product (see insert for instructions).
• Avoid contact of this product with eyes and skin.
• If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately.
• Do not use over compound henna or progressive color.
• Wait at least 14 days after bleaching, relaxing or perming before coloring.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Do not apply on children.

CAUTION: This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation on certain individuals and a preliminary test according to accompanying directions should first be made. This product must not be used for dyeing the eyelashes or eyebrows; to do so may cause blindness. Read and follow all safety advisories on the outside and inside of the carton.
